BGS app Notice Template and Submission Process

Secondary School (Year 7 – 12) 

1. Complete the template below
2. Copy and paste the example into a new Word document
3. Create your new Notice.
   * Remember to include your preferred publication date and end date
   * Notices need to be short and concise – approx 50 words – this is viewed via an app on a phone or tablet
4. Send Notice and any attachments (BGS letterhead where required) to BGS app email
5. Secondary School contact will upload Notice and any attachments for Marcomms to proof.
6. Final Notice will be posted on the BGS app.
   
   Please note: If details are missing or this format is not used your message will be returned to you to complete before proofing. Additionally, if insufficient notice is given or other priority communications are scheduled your message may be delayed.
   In order to avoid this, please submit it as far in advance as possible.

Additional information
All Year 7 to Year 9 boys will take part in an end of term Music Concert. The event has been organised to give boys further opportunities to perform with their peers to the broader BGS community. For more information, read the Music Department letter*.

Junior School (ELC – Year 6)

3. Create your Notice.* Remember to include your preferred publication date and end date
4. Send Notice and any attachments to Tamara/Lynn for proofing
5. Marcomms will proof/approve
6. Final Notice will be reviewed by Peter Tellefson prior to posting
7. Junior School will post Notice will be posted on the BGS app.
